Our former rectory is completely independent. Facing south, overlooking the village square of Fontarèches, facing the castle, charm, quality services. It has been renovated respecting local traditions, offers a high level of comfort and decoration undeniable charm ... SAINT QUENTIN POTTERY village is our close neighbor. You have 90 m2 for 2/3 people, 4 rare star in the Uzes region. It consists, on the ground floor, an entrance hall, toilet, bathroom, shower bathroom with Italian, flowery summer patio, garden furniture, barbecue, fountain, deck chairs. SPA. 1st floor, a nice bright living room, separate kitchen with all the utensils and equipment necessary to label, shadow and sun terrace with pergola, garden furniture, internet, wifi, TV, DVD, radio etc ... 2nd upstairs, a spacious master suite, very clear, 160/200 bed, bathroom, toilet. a reading corner or separate room with sleeping 90/200. DEMAND, possibility of organizing 2 beds of 90/200. Parking outside the house. no smoking, unsuitable for children under 7 years and disabled .. Cot on request. The house is rented for 2/3 people, or a couple with two children. We accept pets for € 35 per week. .In Our house you will be in a cocoon with all the comfort, well equipped, a washer dryer,, cooling cabinet, vacuum cleaner, iron, central heating. The bed linen is provided as well as household products. . You have two garden rooms with longues.Nous umbrellas and chairs offer a paid option for 15 € per person for towels and kitchen. Obligatory end of stay: 50 €. You will live within a living the life of a small village as before. You will be in a remarkable site. The first Duchy of France, that of Uzes is 15 minutes, 20 kms the Pont du Gard and Nimes an Orange thirty kms.l is less than 3/4 hour, as Avignon. From there you can visit all the sites in the region of Ardèche gorges through the beautiful villages like La Roque sur Cèze the Tave valley, caves as Orgnac, the Pont du Gard and many other things découvrir.Emprunter the footpaths that will lead you through vineyards and scrubland to reach the neighboring villages. Not to mention the visit of the cellars of our local wineries. Gastronomy, religious, historic, archaeological make this region a unique asset. A bus service to UZES every day. Access free tennis in the village + snowshoes. Activities: hiking, fishing, mountain biking, golf, horse riding, water sports, canoeing, hot air ballooning in the region. Cultural activities Uzes, Orange, Nimes, Avignon. The hostess who welcomes you will give you all the necessary information for a pleasant stay and remain available for any questions. DEMAND: PROMOTION WEEKEND 2 NIGHTS, BS € 100 per overnight stay.
