L'esprit chalet en plein centre ville et à moins de 100 mètres de remontées mécaniques!

Ce spacieux 2 pièces, classés 3 étoiles par les Gites de France, peut accueillir jusqu'à 5 personnes dans un maximum de confort. Il est entièrement rénové est équipé à neuf. Il dispose d'une exposition plein sud avec une belle terrasse et une vue panoramique sur la chaîne des Pyrénées. Il comprend :

- un salon: salle à manger donnant sur la terrasse,

- une cuisine équipée ouverte sur salon,

- une grande chambre (lit 140 + 1 lit gigogne en 90) avec placard.

- une salle de bain et des WC indépendants,

- une entrée

Un parking collectif.

Une cave aménagée pour équipements de skis et luges.

Equipement : frigo/ congélateur, four micro-onde combiné, four éléctrique, plaque vitro+ hotte, lave-vaisselle, cafetières filtre et Nespresso, grille pain, raclette, TV +lecteur multimédia, aspirateur, sèche cheveux, équipement bébé (lit parapluie)+ machine à laver séchante .

Linge de lit et de toilette possible sur demande.

Situé au rez de chaussé côté nord et 2ème étage coté sud et terrasse, cet appartement est très clair et bénéficie d'une vue Panoramique privilégiée sur la Cerdagne, la chaîne de Pyrénées et l'Espagne.
