Appt traversant 1e étage indépendant.
La mer à 150m à pied
Séjour cuisine: TV, canapé NC, comptoir+4 tabourets
1 chambre avec 1 lit en 140 + 1 chambre avec 2 lits en 90.
Salle d'eau avec douche & WC.
Balcon 10m2 ouvert plein sud avec table+bancs
Heure d'arrivée: à partir de 14H30 environ, parfois plus tôt.
Heure de départ: 10:30 (négociable en fonction de la location suivante)
Appartement non fumeur.(possibilité de fumer à l'extérieur sur le balcon) Afin éviter d'ensabler et boucher les canalisations, une bassine pédiluve est mise à votre disposition sur le balcon (à vider de préférence au pied des tamaris au bas de l'appartement (qui eux aiment bien l'eau salée!))
Nos amis les animaux ne sont pas acceptés (allergies possible de certains locataires)
Bien situé à 50m d'un chemin d'accès à la plage ( 150m en tout)

A proximité Il y a une épicerie super U , plusieurs restaurants et cafés pour vous désaltérer.
Pour les amateurs de sports nautiques vous trouverez au Port de plaisance (en pleine saison) un grand choix d'activités aquatiques, planche à voile, ,plongée, voile, jet ski. Un peu plus loin au bord de l'étang d'ingril un Spot de Kite Surf.
EXCELLENTE SITUATION pour les bains de mer bien sûr, mais aussi bon point de départ vers de nombreuses destinations.
Pour les randonneurs, sorties garrigue, balades gourmandes dans les vignes et VTT avec guide (demandez moi pour les programmes)
Pour découvrir les étangs , les salins, et ses Flamants Roses, une piste cyclable vous amènera à travers le bois des Aresquiers jusqu'à Vic la Gardiole, location de vélos à proximité du logement, pour les plus courageux tentez d'accéder jusqu'à l'Abbaye de Maguelone, entre mer et étang, classée Monument Historique depuis 1840.
Pour les enfants, le Kid's Paradise à 500m. Super parc d'attractions, de jeux gonflables, jeux d'eau, accro-branche etc et snack sur place.
Sans oublier en été le fameux toro piscine du jeudi soir aux arènes de Frontignan, les vachettes animent les arènes.
Diverses Animations en juin le Weekend Belge au Cinémistral avec les célèbres moules frites bière , ainsi que le festival du Roman Noir, et tout au long de l'été; festival du Muscat, les rencontres Méditerranéennes, la fête du port, pour les amateurs de cinéma dans les vignes venez partager une brasucade de moules.etc...

N'hésitez pas à vous éloigner de temps en temps de la plage pour découvrir le centre ville, avec l'église st paul du XII au XIV classée" MH", la Maison Poulalion puis s'éloignant un peu visitez les villages de l'étang de Thau et ses huitres"de Bouzigues, bien sûr Sète la ville qui a vu naître Brassens qui accueille son musée, le fameux cimetière Marin près du musée Paul Valery et les Joutes Languedociennes sur les canaux sans oublier la très fréquentée ST Louis fin Août. Du haut du Mont st Clair admirez le panorama sur la ville et le littoral méditerranéen, faites un crochet vers son typique quartier de petits pêcheurs" la Pointe Courte" qui plonge dans l'étang. Puis un détour jusqu'à Pézènas ville de Molière et Bobby Lapointe à voir impérativement également en nocturne les mercredis et vendredis soirs pour découvrir les échoppes d'artisans
