Situé au sommet d'une colline, bénéficiant d'une vue imprenable sur la campagne environnante, les Cévennes et le château de Theyrargues, ce vieux mas du XVIII ème siècle de 200 m² entièrement restauré est idéalement situé entre l'authentique ville d'Uzès, l'Ardèche et la Provence. C'est un endroit très calme avec un très grand terrain et un grand jardin ombragé où vous pourrez vous reposer en profitant pleinement du soleil. Pour les plus sportifs, la maison est au bord d'un chemin de randonnée et d'un circuit pour vélo tout terrain, la baignade en rivière (la Cèze)est à moins de 1 Km. La région regorge de sites touristiques à proximités à découvrir absolument : le Pont du Gard, Nîmes avec ses arènes romaines, Vallon Pont d'Arc, les gorges de l'Ardèche, la grotte Chauvet (préhistorique), la Camargue ...La location dispose : d'une cuisine entièrement équipée débouchant sur une terrasse de 22 m² avec pergola exposée plein sud d'où vous pourrez profiter d'inoubliables couchers de soleil, une salle à manger de 50 m² avec un coin salon, un grand séjour avec une mezzanine de 25m², une salle TV avec écran plat et chaine stéréo, une chambre avec un lit double en 140 et une salle de bain privative avec WC, une chambre avec un lit en 160, une chambre avec un lit en 140, deux chambres avec lits en 90 et un lit bébé (de 0 à 3 ans), une salle de douche avec WC.

Response from the owner Vos remarques et suggestions ont été prises en compte. Le soucis avec la porte de la salle de bain privative est réglé, la porte a été réparée et remise en place. Il n'y a plus les deux chambres en enfilade, le lit d'une des chambres a été déplacée dans une autre pièce. Nous poursuivons d'aménager les espaces extérieurs.

“Beautifully renovated old house in lovely area.”

We all adored this ancient fully modernised former silk farmhouse (I think). It had been beautifully renovated by Henry the owner and was very modern inside with lovely cool floors and every modern convenience you could hope for when self-catering. The weather was scorching and we spent many happy hours on the patio soaking up the sun, reading and walking the short distance to the river to swim. I would gladly have spent all summer here. The area was so beautiful, lots to see and do for adults and teenagers. Henry was a charming host, polite, friendly without being intrusive and quick to sort out a plumbing problem! Thank you so much Henry - we missed the house as soon as we left! Hoping to return soon for a longer stay.
