Description
Mediterranean style holiday villa, in an extraordinary setting surrounded by verdant, blooming olive, laurel and cypress trees. The house is located on a hillside which dominates the promontory of Punta San Vigilio and Mermaid Bay on Lake Garda, in one of the most fascinating areas of the lake, within the regional protected park of San Vigilio – Monte Luppia. It offers enchanting, unforgettable views over the lake and its beautiful scenery. Enclosed property (2.500 m2) with country style garden in silent position. The house is partly built around a lemon trees conservatory, laid down on the hillside on more levels. You can access the house by the ground floor, through the use of the staircase, however the upper floor can be reached by car too.
DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE: Ground floor: kitchen (gas stove / el. oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, toaster, coffee mashine, microwave) with access to a large terrace equipped with a large table and sun marquise for meals outside, dining room, living room, toilet; 1st floor: another living room with access to a large, equipped terrace, 1 double and 2 single rooms, laundry room (washing mashine, iron); a few steps forward up you have 3 double rooms, one of them with access to another spacious terrace. All bedrooms with private bathroom (3 with shower and 3 with bath).
Not very suitable for small children, who should never be left our of sight.
Internet (WIFI) connection, SAT-TV, garden with barbecue area. Pets not allowed.
Private parking within the enclosed property.

“The location is breathtaking the view is a dream”
The very extensive grounds with the natural, well-kept, garden, combined with the view of the lake, is an ideal holiday solution for several families in the nature and yet only a 15-minute walk from Garda City. The rooms are all equipped with separate bathroom, WC. Two of which have already been completely renovated. Shower curtains in the not yet renovated bathrooms would make the stay even more comfortable. Mosquito screens in front of all windows keep the uninvited intruders from the house. The four terraces leave nothing to be desired, grilling was possible at any time. A more intelligent solution with the garbage (must be brought to the village to the collecting area) especially on the day of departure would be desirable.

Therefore, we were very glad to learn that your extraordinary walking skills helped you to perfectly cope with this in the end, and that you had a nice time at La Limonaia.
