Description

Brand new villa “Stone and Green” with swimming pool is located at Georgioupolis village, 27 kilometers from Rethymno. Within a walking distance of 3.5 km there is the sandy beach of Georgioupolis, a very cozy place for summer relaxation in Crete.

The property is 500 square meters and the villa is 120 square meters. The swimming pool has a children’s corner, sun loungers and sun beds are also provided. “Stone and Green” villa can accommodate up to 5 people in its three bedrooms, one twin bedroom, one single and one double bedroom, WC (with no shower) and WC/bathroom. You can have fun at the hydro massage cabin in the villa. Moreover there is a fully equipped kitchen with all modern comforts such as oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee maker, toaster, blender etc… coffee and sugar are available aswell. The stylish and beautifully decorated living room has a fireplace, big screen HDTV with satellite cable, dvd player, WIFI and air condition. While seating at the balcony on the first floor you can enjoy sea and landscape views. The villa has a safe on master bedroom and there is a barbeque area with dining table outside.

Close to the villa one can find a mini market for house supplies and more, and there is a tavern 500 meters from the house named Tzorias for enjoyable Cretan cuisine meals.
