A beautiful villa with private large indoor pool all retained in secure manicured extensive grounds. Children can run free whilst adults enjoy the extensive sun terraces or shade if preferred in the ancient oak tree groves.
The indoor pool is large, 12 metres by 6 metres and offers bi fold doors to allow you to enjoy the indoor outdoor experience. Direct entry from pool via Villa Quercy or from the terraces.
Beautiful views from all windows and terraces over the rolling hills.
Close to Sarlat, Rocamadour, Beynac de Cazenac and all the sights and amenities of the Dordogne and Lot whilst retaining seclusion and privacy within the boundaries of the properties.

Villa Perigord was built in 1985 and every observation of the areas outstanding natural beauty has been incorporated within the villa to maximise all occupants enjoyment.
As you arrive in the hamlet and take the final turn to the right, the valley view that unfolds before you is breathtaking . At a height of 883 feet above sea level, you will be astounded by the views. As you turn your heads to the right you will be amazed at the two properties and the grounds.
The first gate opens out in to the drive for Villa Perigord. There is secure and private parking for three vehicles. As you walk across the stone pathway and walk up the short staircase to access the solid wood covered terrace, you will see the outdoor table and seating arrangement for your entire party looking out over the ancient oak grove and truffiere. There are three doors that lead out on to the terrace.
Once walking through the solid wood front door, the fully tiled floors open out in front of you with access to the stairs, downstairs cloakroom, kitchen, living room and the downstairs bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with fan and microwave oven, gas and electric hobs, fridge, freezer, and fully stocked with pans, casserole dishes and all utensils. There are French doors which open out on to the cpvered terrace. There is a small table for seating within the kitchen if required.
The salon/living. Dining area is superb. The table seats 15 people and there is comfortable seating in the form of sofas and easy chairs. There are French doors leading to both the front terrace and to the glass terrace at the rear of the property. The wood burner is beautiful and a magnificent fireplace is the focal point of the room. There is a flat screen tv, blue ray /DVD player and a large woden chest full of games.
Through the hallway, Chambre Cassis awaits you. The French doors lead from the bedroom in to the glass covered terrace which is perfect for taking breakfast or for cocktails in the evening. Salle De Bain Cassis has a large bath, shower, bidet, wash hand basin, mirror and storage space.
The wide wood staircase leads up to the other bedrooms. Chambre Chambord is fitted with a large double bed and the window aspect is to the side of Villa Perigord.
Salle De Bain Chartreuse is absolutely enormous and has a large bath, shower, toilet, bidet, wash hand basin and room for a small dinner party! There is plenty of storage space, mirror and seating.
Chambre Jumelle has twin beds and a bookcase stocked with children’s book and a skylight for additional safety with blind.
Chambre Cointreau is beautiful with large double bed plus a single bed, wardrobe and cabinets. The window aspect is towards the oak grove.
The spacious landing has additional cloakroom/wardrobe space to satisfy all occupants.
