Description
This charming cottage is located 25m from the historic 14th century Northburgh Castle, in Greencastle, a traditional Irish fishing village. So come and enjoy life lived at the locals pace and bask in the glow of a traditional turf fire with a glass of Guiness by your side. This charming part of Ireland has everything to offer the tourist from modern spas to coastal walks.
The cottage has 4 bedrooms,and can comfortably host two small families or one big one in it's 4 bedrooms. The large lounge with sea views, boasts an open fire and large LED LG television with freeview. The charming country style kitchen is fully equipped and has a dining table for 6 people.
All rooms have hard wooden floors with modern rugs, and the bathroom is fitted with a period style Victorian white suite and stand in shower.
Although all bills are included in the rates we charge, we expect you to use the heating and hot water respectfully any mis use may be deducted from your security deposit.
You are responsible for disposing of all rubbish.The local shop sell vouchers at 6Euro , which enables you to have a large wheely bin sized rubbish sack collected by the local authority.
A meet and greet service is provided, whereby you will be met at the property to be provided with keys and to be shown the property. Please arrange your arrival with the property manager.
Entry to the apartment is from 16:00 onwards; however, please note that arrivals after 19:00 may incur a late arrival fee of 15 pounds for unsociable hours. Earlier entry can perhaps be arranged but depends if there is a departure at your chosen apartment that day. This can be confirmed within 48 hours of arrival. If you are arriving earlier than 16:00 on your day of arrival, it is always worth contacting the property manager as they will always endeavour to give you access as soon as possible. You may be able to arrive early and leave luggage and come back however this is not guaranteed.
The latest departure time is 11:00, however, a guaranteed later departure (up to 20:00) can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rate for that day but please note this is subject to no existing booking arriving that day already.
Please note, if you require the sofa bed to be made up and have not booked for the maximum number of guest, there will be an additional charge.
Ground floor: Living room ,double bedroom and separate dining kitchen.
First floor 2 Double bedrooms,shower room and additional bedroom with bunk beds and large cot.
The lounge and three of the bedrooms have sea views.
On the ground floor there is a double bedroom with a double sofa bed. On the first floor to the front of the property there are two double bedrooms with sea views. To the rear is another bedroom with wooden substantial adult sized bunk beds, also in this bedroom is a large wooden cot.

Booked this lovely little cottage with my husband in July the girl was met us with the keys was really welcoming lovely little cottage everything in it child friendly as well really close to the village I would definitely recommend this property and green castle lovely quaint fishing village we will b back

“Really nice cottage close to Greencastle”
Comfortably sleeps 4 adults and 2 children. Tidy. Excellent location. 5 minute walk to Greencastle and short drive to strove beach. would highly recommend for short break.
