Description
Chyandaunce is a spacious family home in the village of Gulval. It is on the B3311 between Penzance and St Ives, and about a mile from St Michael's Mount and Mount's Bay with its safe beach at Marazion.
There is parking for 2 averaged size cars in the driveway.'
Chyandaunce has free WiFi. There are 3 bedrooms, a twin-bedroom with ensuite bathroom downstairs, and upstairs a family bedroom with double bed, bunk-beds and a washbasin.and a bedroom with kingsized bed.
The kitchen has a washing machine,fridge, freezer and microwave. It adjoins a dining-room. There is a bathroom downstairs and a shower room upstairs.
Chyandaunce is a great family base for beaches, countryside, coastal walks, art galleries, and is well served by a post-office and supermarkets. The "Coldstreamer" village pub has an excellent repuration for food.
Lets are usually on a weekly basis.

“Lovely place”
We spent 7 days in this cottage & it was everything we needed, they have considered everything from a good selection of books & board games to the very well stocked kitchen. It’s in a lovely little village which gives the feel of a community rather than tourist location. Close links to everything from the beach to supermarkets & train & bus all walking distance. We stayed with our children for a family holiday and this cottage gave us the base for a perfect summer holiday.

“Chyandauce Cottage, 7 Gulval Cross, Gulval, Penzance”
Nice, clean, tidy and spacious cottage. Good facilities if you are looking for holiday let for an extended family. We were there in September and enjoyed every moments of our time there. Joan, the owner, is very engaging. Thanks for letting us stayed at your cottage.

“Fabulous stay in Cornwall”
Me and my family stayed at Chyandaunce In Gulval near Penzance. The cottage was well equipped,clean and very spacious for our family. I would highly recommend booking it. We will return soon .

“Perfect!”
Very child friendly place within walking distance to Penzance. Excellent spacious accommodation for three generations to move about without anyone getting in anyone else's way on the day we decided to stay in. Joan is very helpful and lovely, and the communication has been very prompt before, during, and after our stay. Will definitely book again.

“It couldn't get better”
Lovely light house with everything you need to make your holiday comfortable. Parking on site is a bonus. Lots to do and see within a few miles. Will be coming back again as its just like home
