* THE BUILDING:

Our apartment is in the building in District 1, the centre of Ho Chi Minh city. The building comprising 3 towers is overlooking the river, convenient transportation, only a few minutes walk to the local market and tourist area, 5 minutes driving to Ben Thanh Market and 23/9 Park.

It's on East West highway - Vo Van Kiet boulevard which is named Wall Street of Saigon gathering many banks and stock or commercial offices, next to Thu Thiem tunnel, which is the most convenient way to smoothly travel to District 2, District 5, as well as hang around District 1.

This apartment building is well run with 24/7 security, multiple lifts and spacious parking lot in the basement.

* THE APARTMENT:

There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room and an open kitchen with fully furnished, a balcony with clothing rack, and plenty space for your stuff. Our wooden-floor apartment has all what you need to feel comfortable and easy during your stay.

- Living room has: big comfy couch, coffee table, cable television with local and international channels, air-con...

- Each bedroom has: queen-sized bed, mattress, clean bedding sheets, clean towels, desk and chair, air-con, full-sized wardrobe providing sufficient storage.

- Each bathroom has: shampoo, shower gel, hand soap, toilet papers...

- Fully furnished kitchen with: big fridge with separate freezing compartment, microwave, electric oven, gas stoves, electric water boiler, tableware and all the necessary cooking gear... ready for you to create your home cooked meals with ingredients from a local market nearby in some walking steps.

- A dining table and chairs where you enjoy home-cooked meals.

- A big water bottle with fresh clean drinking water.

- Tea and coffee are provided for you to start your morning.

- A washing machine that you can do your own laundry

- Free wifi is available in the room.

** We make sure the apartment is cleaned before you arrive and provide clean towels and bedding sheets.

For long term stay there will be extra fee if you want regular cleaning service.

*** Please make sure you choose the correct number of guests in the booking because I use this information to make sure there is enough clean towels for all the guests. Thanks for your understanding.
