The Space
The apartment is a cosy 19th floor flat overlooking Vo Van Kiet Avenue and Ben Nghe stream, District 1, in the centre of Ho Chi Minh city. It is beautiful and fully furnished with a balcony and lots of light.
2 bedrooms with 2 separate toilets can accommodate up to 4 adults.
One study room can be convertible to an extra bedroom with a sofa bed suitable for one more adult or two children.
A convenient kitchen with a fridge and a washing machine is available.
There is a living room with TV set. Free wifi is available
Guest Access
Guests will have full access to the flat, inc. living room, study room, bathroom and kitchen.
The living room and study room have plenty of space for relaxing, eating or just watching the world go by.
The building is under 24/7 security guards.
Interaction with Guests
My office is next door to the flat and I can be contactable any time you need support. I can be reached all day via mobile or email and will get back to you ASAP.
The Neighborhood
This building is in District 1, the centre of HoCHiMinh City. It is a just few minutes walking distance to any place that keeps you busy 24/7 with fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, bars as well as quirky individual shops such as the backpacker street – Pham Ngu Lao, Ben Thanh central market or the busy shopping street Nguyen Hue.
You can be relaxed by walking along the Ben Nghe stream along the Vo Van Kiet Avenue.
Getting Around
It is easy to go around either on foot or by taxi.
If you are arriving from Tan Son Nhat International Airport, it takes about 20' to get to the apartment by taxi.
