Description

The flat has been completely rewired with new plumbing and sanitary fittings, new tiling, new floors, new picture windows providing relaxing sea views and views over the Marina. It is a quiet location with a bright and breezy perspective.

Interiors & Facilities:-

The 4-bedroom apartment can accommodate up to 10-12 people.

There is a kingn-sized bed in the main bedroom, and the other 3 remaining rooms are provided with a single on top and a double at the bottom. There is a sofa-bed in the living room that can sleep another 2 people.

HK$400 / US$55 payable for less than 5 nights booking.

Free WIFI & multi-channel TV.

All utility charges (Water, Electricity, Gas) are included with free WiFi Internet service, and multi-channel TV.

Appliances include a wall mounted 50" flat screen TV, DVD/CD player, Wifi and Internet connection, washing machine, a dryer, a Smeg oven cooker, a large double door fridge, dishwasher, a combo microwave & grill cooker, a double hob hotplate, and the kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, cookware, dishes, etc to cater for up to 13 people.

Linen, towels, blankets are provided and cleaning of the flat with change of linen is provided once a week.

Other cleaning services are available for an extra charge.

Following additional furniture can be requested and subject to first come, first served:-

A double inflatable mattress - at HK$100 a day

A single folding bed - at HK$100 a day

An 'Einstein' baby travel cot - at HK$100 a day

A 'Gulliver' cot with 2 differing heights - at HK$150 per day

An Esprit baby stroller - at HK$50 a day & subject to availability.

City mini jogger double stroller - at HK$80 a day & subject to availability

A loft bed - at HK$150 per day

Cleaning services and change of linen provided once a week.

For terms of 28 nights or more, access to Discovery Bay Clubhouse can be requested but all admin. fees and membership fees will be borne by the guest.

Special transport needs - Discovery Bay provides residents with special transport needs within and outside DB: the elderly, the disabled and those suffering from temporary or chronic medical conditions requiring assistance.

During summer months, free access to a brand new and large swimming pool located at Amalfi, DB North plaza can be provided by invitation.

Outdoor Activities :- (9am - 6pm/9 consecutive hours)

Inflatable kayaks - HK$200 an hour for hire for each kayak + security deposit

Beach pop up tent, towels, beach mat & fold up table with 4 chairs set up - HK$300 a day

Bicycle (subject to availability and to book ahead) - HK$50 an hour for hire + security deposit
