Description
This condo has the best of both worlds. The property is located beach front and also has the bay right across the street. You are surrounded by water! You have access to the dock pictured to the right for fishing and you can dock a boat during the day but overnight use is not allowed.
Although you will only get the sunrise from your unit, you will be able to enjoy the sunsets from the beachfront pool area. The pool area is well equipped with all you need to grill and enjoy the weather.
HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:
You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must also be one of the occupants.
Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, June, July and Aug. One week minimum stay.
No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

Response from the manager This unit has had a lot of improvements such as new floor, new kitchen, and new bathrooms. It is located in what is called "The Narrows." That means the beach and the intra-coastal waterway are both close to the unit. While it does not face the Gulf of Mexico, its location makes accessibility to the beach, the waterway, and beach attractions a plus.

“Fabulous family unit”
We loved this unit for our stay with our daughter and her family. Two boys and twin beds make for less tension. We had a wonderful time. Being right over the pool was great, as well.

We try to coordinate all factors of our guests' stay so that they have a good vacation experience. It sounds like this one piece of information regarding the pet policy had quite and effect, for which we apologize. We do genuinely want to help our guests and we have duly noted the pet policy at this location. We are glad you called ahead regarding your pet. We did call the owner of the unit and he OK'ed the pet. Unfortunately, the owner found out afterward that the association did not allow pets. It seems in this case that all parties at least tried to do the right thing and erred in the direction of trying to be helpful. We appreciate your feedback as we use guests comments to continuously upgrade our service.
