Villa Estel is located on the Westside of Chania prefecture, in the famous area of Kalamaki. This contemporary villa is bathed in sunlight and tranquillity. It is designed to offer a comfortable stay to its guests. You and your beloved will have the opportunity to enjoy the privacy and the serenity of the unique location of villa Estel. The villa is designed to cope with the ambitions, needs, and dreams of the most discerning guest. Let’s have a look.
Indoor facilities
Modern floors, white and grey elephant walls, and pieces of wood for the exterior design: the materials are simple with pure lines, and the whole design of villa Estel is modern and comfortable concerning the beauty of the surroundings. The central building welcomes an open-plan living room, an adjacent dining room, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room is connected to the pool area, and a big corner sofa is there to host you any time of the day. Be sure that you will find all the appliances that you will need during your stay in villa Estel. A living room with a satellite smart TV, a fireplace, and a big sofa right next to the dining area. The dining room is simple and practical as it is close to the kitchen. On this floor also you will find a WC. This 3-bedroom holiday villa is impeccably presented and the well-equipped pool area is ideal for family and friends to relax together.
On the first floor are located two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. One bedroom with a double size bed (1.60*2.00), a Smart TV with a sea view from the balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has twin beds which can be converted into a double-size bed (0.80*2.00+0.80*2.00), a Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. In the attic, the third bedroom is found with a double-size bed (1.60*2.00), a Smart TV with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The contemporary design of the villa imparts luxury and fresh air in every corner of the villa Estel. Villa Estel favours the independence of each guest. It is the perfect cocoon for a party of six friends who wish to share great convivial moments but also enjoy some privacy.
On the lower level, there is a washing machine and a gym for all the guests.
Outdoor facilities
Outdoor space with a Barbeque area and a dining table for 6 guests protected under a pergola for more relaxing moments for you and your loved ones. It has a beautiful yard around the pool where you can find a solarium -siesta corner. A swimming pool for adults and a smaller one for kids are offered right in front of the villa. Sunbeds surround the pool offering you moments of relaxation and letting you enjoy the Greek sun with a refreshing cocktail and some fresh fruits.
From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night/villa from March to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.

“Villa Estel”
This is a new and well kept villa that was expensive. I was upset that the villa was only cleaned once during our stay there. We had friends who paid less and had cleaners come in on a daily basis. I asked for blankets as it was chilly but did not receive them when I asked. The house is nicely designed but there is very little closet space and there is no bannister for a slippery marble staircase. This is not a child friendly home.

“5 Star Luxury Villa”
We have done many villa holidays over the years but this is definitely the best by far, it really is a 5 star villa experience. We stayed for 2 weeks with two adults and 5 teenagers and had a fabulous time. The villa itself is very new and modern, equipped with everything you could possibly need. The pool is amazing and we enjoyed it day and night. However, I must say a huge thank you to Stella and her team who were wonderful and looked after us from start to finish. Our welcome at the villa was lovely including food, drink, fresh fruit which we continued to receive throughout our stay. The villa was cleaned twice per week including clean linen and towels. Towels for the pool are also included. The resort of Kalamaki is within walking distance but is a up hill walk on the way home but not too far. It's a small relaxed resort which we liked. The local beaches are lovely with a good selection of restaurants and we loved going for an early coffee looking over the beach in the morning. Chania is a short ride away with regular buses and is definitely worth visiting. I've been to many Greek Islands and Chania Old Town is just beautiful, steeped in history with many beautiful places to eat and drink. I would definitely recommend Villa Estel for a memorable holiday.
