Spacious open plan lounge with TV/DVD/CD, attractive stone fireplace, inside dining area with table/chairs and fully fitted kitchen. Care has been taken to provide every comfort. Private infinity swimming pool + additional outside Kitchen and BBQ, open tiled terraces with sun loungers, chairs and tables. Villa is well located, 2 mins drive from Stilos village for daily provisions & to eat/drink at typical Greek tavernas. 10 mins from Kalives & Almerida's wonderful sandy beaches & watersport activities. 30 mins from the beautiful Venetian harbour & town of Chania. Petra is definitely in one of the most sought after locations. Greek tourist (EOT) licenced.

Getting around

Obviously by car. John and I we both fell in love with Creta and decided to buy a property there for we would spend most of our holidays with our extended family. That is why our properties is well equipped and in particular the kitchens for providing large family meal! Should you stay in our villa, you will enjoy having your meal on the patio with view on the sea unless you prefer to indulge yourself in one of the many local taverns. The nearest sandy beach is only 7 kilometres. This year we have concreted the last bit of road so the access to the villa is now nice and easy. Unlike Plaka, Almerida or Kokkinorio, in this hill-top they are only 4 recently built properties including ours and they sit wide apart in their respective plot
