Stratos Palace is a spacious three floor 250m² villa in the countryside. With amazing mountain view, you can enjoy the relaxation of a modern house while being close to nature. Located near Elia village and Karteros Beach, you can luxuriate in the delight of the mountain view, swimming in Villa's private pool or swim in Karteros Beach that is nearby

Master Bedroom : With a double bed and wonderful mountain view from the terrace. It is equipped with air-condition, a large wardrobe and private bathroom

Second Bedroom : Two singe beds, specious wardrobe , air-condition and a terrace with stunning mountain view

Third Bedroom : Two single beds , specious wardrobe, air-condition and terrace

Living Room

Equipped with sofa-beds , an HDTV 50" connected to the internet , three sofa-beds, and a fireplace. There is also a big terrace with stunning mountain view

Dining Room

There is the master dining room in the living room with en expandable table for 6 people. There is also a small dining table in the kitchen for 4 people

A fully equipped kitchen with everything that you might need to cook

Bathrooms

Master bedroom's bathroom: Is the bedroom of the Master Bedroom , Equipped with Bathtub-shower , sink and toilet

In the first floor in the living room. Equipped with Bathtub-shower ,washing machine sink and toilet

There is an alarm system installed in the building and with each booking, guests will receive a unique personal code of their choice. This code will be deleted upon each check out

The villa is in the center of Crete so with a car you will be able to explore all sights of Crete

Interaction with guest

You will have 100% privacy!!! I will be visiting the villa only once per week,to clean rooms, change sheets, towels etc, . If you need cleaning more than once a week you will need to ask me and you will be charged extra! I am always online and more than happy to answer any of your questions. I always try to respond within 5 minutes
