We are also disappointed that your stay with us did not live up to your expectation due to several miscommunication. Our Villa Manager was undergoing eye surgery during the period of your stay, and the newly appointed assistant villa manager was still in training. On behalf of the villa manager,we sincerely apologize for this and she is upset that she wasn’t there to give you the best stay possible. We will continue to train all our staff to be more communicative and understanding of our guest needs. The villa was built in 2008 and has a regular maintenance schedule. The two lower guest rooms have a lovely view connecting to the garden and the villa does offer massage, sauna, BBQ, pool table, majong, darts and of course dining, plus a lovely kitchen where the chef is happy to provide cooking classes. Again, thank you for staying at Villa Amanzi.
