Description

This superb house at the peaceful area of Pera Meria at Kea island, can host up to 9 people in four main bedrooms and 2 small children in the large sofa of the living room (no extra charge). The house composes of two different spaces (L:left space and R:right space) with different entrances but with a common veranda and a common outer entrance. In the Left house (L) there is a living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, refrigerator, electric oven, stoves with gas), a fireplace, a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom/toilet. Also, there is a very long sofa that can accommodate two small children or one big child. In the Right house (R) there are two bedrooms on the ground floor. One with a double bed and a single bed (non movable) and the second one with two single beds (movable). Also there is a bathroom/toilet, a small fridge and a kitchen sink. This house is connected with the bright basement through an inner staircase (no door separating them). In the basement, there is a kitchen (large fridge with refrigerator), electric oven, some kitchenware, launderette, bathroom/toilet, and a bedroom with double bed. All bedrooms have wardrobes.

In the entrance there is parking space for 3,4 vehicles in total (inside the garden and outside on the main street). The complex as a whole is perfect for a big family, or two families of friends or a large company of friends.

Getting around

The best way to get around the island of Kea is by car, preferably by SUV. We can arrange a car rental for you from the island if you have not rented on already before you boarded the ship to Kea. Rates may vary, but we will do our best to achieve the best price from the car rental office.

Interaction with guest

The owner of the resort will always be present upon your arrival at the island of Kea to welcome you and guide you to the house and some basic important shops such as super markets, drug stores etc. While on your vacation, the owner will not always be present on the island but he will provide you with emergency numbers of key associates who are permanent residents of Kea and will help you with any problem you might face. Finally, the owner will be there when you check out to check if everything was fine, feedback and receiving the keys to the house.

“Our own secluded paradise fasing the Aegean”

The house is in an amazing site, overlooking a valley with oak trees and the Aegean sea, absolutely calm and secluded. And yet, it is right at the centre of the island, the perfect spot if you want to explore its beauties. Hora of Tzia is not far either, and we went often there for dinner and drinks. A couple of the best beaches of the island is also within 10-15 min drive. The house was nice and clean, very warmly decorated. The kitchen is big enough to preper and serve a proper dinner. There is also a deck, perfect for breakfast and for hanging out staring at the view! Tip: email at the owner before you go. All her suggestions were absolutely wonderful, from trecking routes to restaurants. And she made us feel at home! Maps, books on the island's history were there for us to consult.
