Description
This is a very comfortable cottage,with spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean from the comfort of one's armchair. It is a 3 bedroom cottage, with sitting room, kitchen and family bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have a double bed. The larger room has 1 set of bunk beds and 2 single beds. Extra bed linen available if required.
The Sitting room has comfortable couches, TV, DVD player, a range fire and a beautiful view.
The Kitchen has a comfortable dinning area with all Mod Cons.
There is 1 bathroom in the cottage with a standard hand basin, W.C and electric shower.
ESB not included in price.€2 coins are required for the meter box
Babysitter available on request
Muckross is a popular location for tourists due to its spectacular scenery, rock climbing, surfing beach and safe family bathing beach. The view from the cottage is Trá Bhán, it is a two minute walk from the cottage. Trá Lathar is known for it's surfing waves. It is also 2 minutes from the cottage.
Muckross Head is a 3 minute walk from the cottage.

Dolphins are a common feature to be seen from the cottage and surrounding coastline throughout the summer months.

“Awful”
This cottage was horrible, filthy, damp, dismal. Previous reviews were misleading. No satisfactory action from the owners when we complained.

Beautiful place to stay , views from the cottage to kill for . And there is nothing better than the smell of the burning turf in the fireplace . Owners always there to help .

“Great location, friendly reception”
Easily found the house with directions from Anne Marie and her daughter. Welcoming reception close to the beach and harbour and Muckross head. Will surely be back had a great time here. Everything you need all comforts of home and nice log fire.
