Set in a tranquil forest setting just four miles in the hills above the fishing port of Killybegs this traditional thatched cottage boasts authentic flagstone floors throughout the living room, separate kitchen and bathroom which includes a power shower. There is a stove set in an open hearth in the spacious living/dining room. Both bedrooms have wooden floors,fine Egyptian cotton sheets,brass bed and pine furniture. while sash windows and a half door complete the overall look and feel of this traditional Irish thatched cottage.
The cottage is pet friendly, private and an ideal base to explore nearby Slieve League Cliffs and the many beaches,mountains and great restaurants of the north west.

“The perfect place to relax and unwind”

“Brilliant”
Just stayed for a week with mt son and our dog. The cottage is wonderful and the peace, quiet and tranquility is fantasic. Just 10 mins from beautiful Killybegs, were you can go to the Bay View Hotel who do a delucious carvery everyday from 12 till 3. This cottage is the perfect place to get away from tge busy city life and just unwind and relax.
