Response from the owner Thank you for your comments .We operate the recommended cleaning procedures with a professional cleaning team but of course sometimes there is human error. We do apologise for any oversight.. If this was raised at the time we would have preferred to redo or remedy any issue . We always contact our guests during their stay particularly when contactless checkin is used. Sadly we were not advised of any issues during the time this party stayed at the house.
