You can not go wrong with this charming & delightful house that is just 3km away from the beach.

Its superb position, up on a hill offers stunning panoramic view day and night. It’s spacious areas and backyard is ideal for large families, barbecue parties and all kind of social events. The outdoor facilities consist of an amazing garden, an optional heated pool with a breathtaking view of the Cretan sea, outdoor furniture, BBQ and an outdoor dining area. All these combined with luxury in order to enjoy the villa and the Cretan sun.

The villa consists of 3 levels. Entering the villa you will enjoy the large living room with the views of the pool area and the sea. Next to the living room, there is the fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. There are also 2 double bedrooms that share one bathroom. In this level, you will also enjoy the gym of the villa.

The first level consists of one more living room, one dining room, one fully equipped kitchen and 1 more bedroom with bathroom. The second level consists of the 3 last bedrooms. 2 of them share one bathroom and the last bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. Furthermore, there is a wardrobe room in this level.

The villa was designed as a family home and is therefore well equipped, offering superb family accommodation. Relax and enjoy the private and exclusive atmosphere of a deluxe home with 5 star facilities. Take pleasure in the beautiful sunrise and sunset, laze on the golden sandy beaches nearby, gaze at the spectacular views, experience the ultimate holiday!

Villa Veggera is located in Kontomari village, 3km away from Maleme, 3.5km away from the beach and 5km away from Platanias, the most popular resort of the west Crete. The area offers a panoramic view over Maleme village and its historical airport, the north cost line and the blue sea. Just 3km away you will find yourself at the deserted beach of Pirgos Psileronou. The village of Maleme, a small & peaceful traditional village which boasts a stunning natural pebble beach, 17 km West of Chania and just 4km from Platanias, one of the most famous and cosmopolitan destinations of the island of Crete with many bars, clubs, shops, restaurants and eceything you can imagine.

Every year the beach of Maleme gains the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and safety, is partly organized and less crowded than others in the area, and provides all kinds facilities, sun chairs, umbrellas, sea sports. There many remarkable places which are awaiting for you to explore and enjoy in combination with your unforgettable visit to the beach of Maleme.

Many shops, tavernas, super markets & groceries, bakery, in a short distance from the villa. Platanias area, the most famous touristic area in west Crete, is a few minutes drive from the villa.
