Set beside its magnificent private pool (13.5m x 5.5m with Roman steps) this property gives you the chance to luxuriate in that essential ambience of the South of France.

There's an extensive covered 'abri' which is ideal for hot days and sultry evenings. You'll find here everything for outdoor living - a barbecue, chairs, sunbeds, a table for dining, refrigerator and a day bed as well.

You can leisurely enjoy the panoramic views of the Aude valley across the vineyards to the Pyrenees from the terraces, and test your sporting skills on the petanque court.

The villa is set in a large garden which is visited by numerous birds along with butterflies and red squirrels, and the sound of cicadas will all help you relax from your normal busy life.

“A little piece of paradise in the south of France”

I would highly recommend La Colline aux Pins for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Niki and Joss are fantastic hosts and provide a very warm welcome as well as a substantial welcome pack! We arrived too late to visit the supermarket so Niki fetched us some fresh vegetables from her garden to have with supper. They even fetched us fresh croissants from the bakery at the weekend! The accommodation is very well equipped - we didn't need to bring half the things we had packed into the car! The summer kitchen (barbecue) was a definite bonus, the pool was perfect & the views over the countryside from the property are stunning. Niki & Joss were always on hand if we had any questions. We LOVED our stay there and really hope to revisit! Thank you, ladies!!

Response from the owner We were very disappointed that the booking had to be cancelled but that was not our fault. We offered to hold this customer's deposit for a future booking. This is still open for use if they wish to use it. The period of Covid was difficult for everyone and we did not blame the other company for their refunding policy.

“Just too good!”

We've just returned home from this wonderful, relaxing break at La Colline aux Pins. The villa is located in a quiet position on the outskirts of La Liviniere which is a in beautiful area and enjoys elevated southerly views across the vineyards and towards the the Pyrenees. The village, which is walking distance, has two good restaurants, bakery, shop and pharmacy but has about 17 vineyards! So all the wine is superb.It is also brilliant for cycling, so if you drive take your bikes! Niki & Joss have really thought of everything to make your holiday at La Colline just about perfect, nothing is a problem for them. The gite and pool are amazing, better than we hoped. It has a fantastic undercover area for alfresco eating with a great BBQ. All the surrounding villages are well set up for covid, We were able eat outdoors every day and the fact is you're probably safer here than anywhere. Neither of us are remotely interested in going home and returning to work, to the point we may need to rethink our lifestyle choice! Our advise is book now! D, C & T

“Great private gite with pool and bbq”

Great stay with these lovely ladies. The gite is completely separate with a private pool, shaded eating area and very convenient in-built barbecue. We are a family of four and the second bedroom was laid out as a twin room for our girls. The accommodation was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked. The only drawback was intermittent WiFi but the ladies very kindly offered us to use their computer if we wanted. We would definitely recommend.
