Large House of character with pool private, beautifully restored and decorated, located in a hamlet just 3 km from the village, adjacent to a dwelling house, unopposed. (Star rating 4 by CDT de Rodez and 4 keys by Clévacances Aveyron)
The cottage is a traditional farmhouse of the Segala with its dependencies. The recent restoration has preserved the charms of the past while providing the comfort of a modern home.
You can go to the discovery of the bastides of the Rouergue: Najac, 30 km, (classified 'Plus Beaux Villages de France') and Villefranche de Rouergue (26 km) both great Sites Midi-Pyrénées, the charming village of Villeneuve (38 km) and the picturesque site of the Valley of Viaur (La Roque, Roumegous Castle). And also stroll through the medieval streets of Belcastel (33 km) and rouergue (18 km), villages 'Plus Beaux Villages de France'.
Includes the rental of more than 250 m2 ground floor: a summer kitchen fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave), a large living room (sofa, TV), a bed (140), independent bathroom with walk-in shower, WC - 1 ° floor: a large living room (couch, fireplace, TV, DVD player, Hifi internet access), a bedroom (1 bed 140), bathroom with bathtub and WC adjacent.

“Beautifully furnished, spacious house - perfect family holiday hideaway location.”
This house has been very tastefully restored and decorated - the photos do not do it justice. Located in a small hamlet, but within a very short drive from all necessary facilities - including pharmacist, vet, petrol station, and all the usual little shops in small towns and villages. The house has plenty of outdoor space, a games room, a swimming pool (with robot cleaner), 2 very spacious living rooms, a well-equipped downstairs kitchen, and modern bathrooms/shower rooms. 1 large ground floor bedroom opening onto the garden - ideal for older holidaymakers. Excellent for our 2 pet dogs - there is a nearby country road but it is not at all busy. Historic Villefranche de Rouergue is the nearby town - 25 minutes drive - and has big market on Thursdays, several large supermarkets and god selection of places to eat. We would love to return and cannot recommend this charming and elegant house highly enough.
