Villa 8 à 10 personnes entre vignes et garrigues.

La villa est situé à la limite du village de Laudun (Gard) entre vignes et garrigues au pied du camp de César, réputé pour ses vestiges Gallo-romains. Une villa récente de 170m2 habitables avec jardin et une grande terrasse, vous accueille dans les meilleures conditions de confort et de calme. Vous pourrez profiter d'un espace extérieur avec piscine en sol Blooma Moero de 5,90m x 4 20m, trampoline, barbecue et bains de soleil. La villa climatisée par une pompe à chaleur, permet d'accueillir une grande famille avec ses quatre chambres.. Le village de Laudun situé en Languedoc-Roussillon à 10 Km au sud de Bagnols/Cèze, 25 km d'Uzès (Pont-du-Gard), d'Avignon (classé patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO avec son pont, son palais et son festival), de la vallée de la Cèze (notamment Goudargues "la petite Venise du Gard") et les vignobles de Châteauneuf-du-Pape, enfin à 30km d'Orange et son théâtre antiques ou des gorges de l'Ardèche.

Cette maison dispose de 4 chambres dont une suite parentale sous comble à l'étage avec sa salle de bain. Le grand salon-salle à manger-cuisine dispose d'un canapé 3 places, TV - vidéo - console de jeu Wii, d'un poêle à bois et une table de 8 places. La cuisine est équipée d'un îlot central avec 4 places, un micro-ondes, four, four micro-onde, frigo américain, Thermomix, et l'équipement complet pour cuisiner pour la famille. Au r-d-c, une grande chambre avec un lit double (dressing + TV). Une chambre enfant avec lit double (Bureau) . Une autre chambre enfant avec lit double/bureau + un canapé convertible 2 places. Aussi vous trouverez au r-d-c, une buanderie avec lave-linge, table et fer à repasser, de nombreux rangements et plusieurs appareils de musculations/sac de frappe/tapis de course. Une salle de bains avec bac à douche, baignoire, vasque et sèche-serviette. Un WC avec lave-main. Un garage non accessible aux voitures. La décoration et l'ameublement sont élégants et confortables. Les baies vitrées du salon donne sur une grande terrasse (dont une partie est ombragé grâce à une pergola), équipé d'un barbecue plancha et de deux bains de soleil. La terrasse surplombe un agréable jardin composé d'une piscine en sol et d'un trampoline. Notre villa est entièrement climatisé par une pompe à chaleur la chambre parentale à l'étage également. L'entrée de la maison ne comporte pas encore de portail, ni clôture mais permet de garer plusieurs voitures côté nord de la maison, grâce à sa longue allée.

DÉPÔT DE GARANTIE : Chèque de 1000 € non encaissé. Chèque renvoyé par voie postale dans les 15 jours après le départ .Respect du voisinage, enfants bienvenus, animaux autorisés mais avec une attention particulière à la propreté et notamment les poils (terrain non clôturé), pas d'accès handicapé. Une professionnelle fera le ménage en fin de séjour mais la maison doit être rendu dans une état acceptable (Toute heures supplémentaires de ménage sera retenue sur la caution). Le barbecue plancha et le frigo doivent être rendu propre et les poubelles évacuées le jour du départ.

Laudun est un village de 6000 habitants, qui possède toutes les commodités et commerces (supermarché, pharmacie, dentiste, restaurants, cave coopérative...). C'est un village où il fait bon vivre. Vous pourrez profitez du marché dominical ou bien aller visiter les vestiges Gallo-romains en haut du camp de césar, ce qui vous permettra aussi d'avoir une superbe vue sur toute la vallée du Rhône jusqu'au Alpes (Mont-Ventoux, dentelles de Montmirail, etc...).

Séjour de 14 jours minimum en saison pleine l'été (exceptionnellement le séjour peut-être de 7 jours mais demandé un devis). Le prix est dégressif selon la durée du séjour (demande de devis). Location possible en week-end pendant l'année : départ repoussé à 17h00 max pour le dimanche (au lieu de 11h30 en période estivale).

Les draps et les serviettes de toilettes ne sont pas fournis sauf demande spécifique en location pour 100€ (drap housse, draps, taie d'oreiller, serviettes de toilettes) par séjour. Frais de ménage 150€ pour les séjours supérieur à 3 nuits, 75€ si 3 nuits ou moins.
