Description

Ground Floor

The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen and dining area with a large dining table. The kitchen is fully fitted and has a discrete separate fridge and freezer cupboard and a pantry. There is an electric fan forced oven and a 4 burner electric hot plate. A kettle, toaster and coffee machine will make life easier and a high chair is available should you require it.

The ground floor also features a large fireplace and small sitting area and a shower room with toilet and hidden washing machine and ironing board.

First Floor

The first floor incorporates a sitting room with a large flat screen television (which can be concealed), a cast iron stove and 3 elegant couches.

There is also a bedroom on this floor designed for children which has a bunk bed, and a separate single bed.

Second Floor

The second floor has two double bedrooms both with wardrobes. One of the bedroom's has a chest of drawers and the other has a dressing table.

Also on the second floor is a large bathroom with large shower and toilet.

A cleaning charge of 100 euros in cash is payable on departure.

There is a low ceiling on the first floor in the sitting room and the children's bedroom. Young children would need to be careful around the stairs.


Facilities

The house is equipped with a land line phone and access to wireless internet. You are free to use the wireless on an unlimited basis if you have a laptop or mobile. If you're in need of a computer the library has computers that can be hired for half an hour. The house is next door to the library. Alternatively the tourist office offers a similar service.

The television has a range of channels available in French, English, German and Spanish.

You are welcome to use kids toys, 3 kids scooters, and 1 elite mountain bike with helmet.
