La villa è situata sulla collina prospicente il borgo medievale di Lazise. Si trova in posizione dominante da dove, già dal piano giardino, si abbraccia con lo sguardo tutto il Lago di Garda con i castelli di Lazise e Sirmione. L’orientamento Est-Sud-Ovest consente l’irraggiamento solare durante tutto il giorno e permette di godere degli incantevoli tramonti sul lago. E’ circondata da un parco secolare di circa 5.000 mq e gode di grande tranquillità e privacy.
Si tratta di una villa padronale di circa 600 mq su 4 piani, risalente alla metà del secolo scorso, perfettamente restaurata negli ultimi 5 anni, rifinita con pietra naturale e legni pregiati e dotata di soluzioni tecnologiche d’avanguardia come il riscaldamento solare degli ambienti e della piscina interna.
The villa is situated on the hill overlooking the medieval village of Lazise. It is located in a dominant position where, already from the garden floor, it is possible to have a panoramic view across Lake Garda with the castles of Lazise and Sirmione. The East-West orientation allows solar radiation throughout the day and allows you to enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the lake. And 'it surrounded by a park of about 5,000 square meters and enjoys tranquility and privacy.
It is a manor house of about 600 square meters on 4 floors built in the middle of the last century, perfectly restored in the last 5 years and finished with quality materials such as natural stone and wood combining a taste for beauty with cutting-edge technological solutions . The heating (which can be provided by gas - wood - heat pump or solar-thermal) is distributed to the floor, while cooling with fan coil is placed in all environments.
In the porch, the large bow-window entry, of solid oak and double glazing (as with all the windows and doors of the house) it will enter into an ancient atmosphere, greeted by the beautiful antique chandeliers signed Venini, by in Verona natural stone floors and the artistic inspiration of Pompeian frescoes adorning the walls. The great technological and carved stone fireplace in the entrance this can also be a valuable support to the heating and the large indoor pool.
The kitchen (fully frescoed with paintings in trompe l'oeil columns taken from the Villa di Livia Pompeii) is equipped with a large work surface stone, wood stove and Florentine artisan manufacturing gas, large electric oven, deep fryer, American fridge, dishwasher, nineteenth-century belief, refectory table for 8 people.
In the adjoining living room you can admire the large tables for dinners and meetings of solid oak and lapis lazuli blue authentic original. These are two tables m. 3 x 1.5 which can easily be moved thanks to hidden wheels in the structure and form a 3 x 3 m square table or a rectangular table of 6 x 1.5 m. The flags of various countries-placeholder give a touch of class and officialdom environment.
The living area - home cinema is composed of three large beige leather sofas with chaise and table service in lapis lazuli (the composition can be arranged in various combinations depending on the needs).
On the bottom of a large fireplace Liberty in Verona marble, fully functional, complete the vast open space.
A quick elevator decorated in marble and mirrors liberty can take you in a few seconds at a large and magnificent indoor thermal pool, completely covered in Bisazza mosaic and lapis lazuli (equipped with two whirlpool areas for 8 people). The pool measures 14 x 6 m or so, can be heated either by wood burning fireplace, both by the solar thermal, both by the gas boiler. The diving area is 3 meters deep and this makes the unique indoor swimming pool of its kind. A sliding window of 16 meters x 3,5 stainless steel + reinforced glass allows both the natural radiation of the swimming pool in all seasons, and the connection to the outdoor garden of the villa.
The pool floor has 3 bedrooms + 3 bathrooms (all the rooms are finished in natural stone).
Overall, the house has 18 rooms (including 6 bedrooms and as many as 7 bathrooms, some with hydro-shower, Jacuzzi tub, sauna, turkish bath, aromatherapy, chromo-therapy).
The two master bedrooms on the first floor are paved with light oak wood and equipped with extra king size four-poster beds, large terraces with breathtaking view of the lake and gardens has a pink stone fountains.
On the second floor we find a nice guest apartment features a fully equipped kitchen, living-dining area, master bedroom with large walk-in closet, large bathroom in Veronese marble white and black marquina tandem with bath tub, terrace-solarium with lake view .
The garden and the park of the villa are equipped with lighting and irrigation to 12 zones. video surveillance system with 4 day-night cameras, external and internal alarm system directly connected with the close of Lazise Carabinieri station. Gate with remote opening and driveways covered in stones that lead directly to complete this beautiful and welcoming home.
