Response from the owner Cette famille de 2 adultes et 4 grands enfants (entre 12 et 17 ans) n'a pas aimé le gîte en arrivant. Obsédé par une odeur d'humidité inexistante ils ont décidé de repartir une heure après leur arrivé après avoir pris une douche tout de même. La maison serait malsaine car il y aurait un problème d'humidité ! Je loue cette maison depuis maintenant 10 ans à de nombreux vacanciers de toutes nationalités sur divers sites et en toute saison. Jamais personne ne s'est plaint d'une quelconque humidité du gîte. Les gens apprécient surtout sa fraîcheur en été. La maison est en pierre traditionnelle de la région, les matériaux avec lequel elle est construite peuvent dégager une odeur de terre et de chaux mais certainement pas d'humidité et encore moins avec les 30-32 ° que nous avons depuis 3 semaines. Je n'ai pas souhaité rembourser la famille, je suppose donc que les avis négatifs vont fleurir maintenant ! Pour info l'escalier est étroit mais sécurisé par une rampe et un palier intermédiaire, il n'est donc pas dangereux ! Il y a 6 transats à la piscine et un seul bien qu'utilisable avait une déchirure, il aurait suffit de nous demander de le remplacer ! Bon, les toilettes sont petites, c'est vrai, mais je vous promets qu'elles sont utilisables sinon comment ont fait les vacanciers depuis 10 ans ! Laurence
