Description

La Maison Verte and La Maison à Côté at Le Relais des Roches - two, 2 bedroom homes at Le Relais des Roches are situated within a few minutes walk from the Monday market, shops, restaurants and cafes in Les Eyzies village centre.

The nearest small supermarket is literally around the corner from the properties as indeed is an excellent boulangerie. It’s very unusual to find holiday homes in the village centre with a large pool, surrounded by trees and with a feeling of space.

These homes can be let either individually or together and are situated in the most popular part of the Dordogne within 20 km’s of 8 ‘Plus Beaux Villages de France’ and a short drive from the medieval town of Sarlat.

They sit opposite dramatic limestone rock faces once home to Cromagnon man, and being just 400 metres from the famous Font de Gaume caves (a UNESCO heritage site), they are at the very heart of it all.

Decorated to a high standard they have been tastefully and indeed comfortably furnished with all the necessary conveniences for modern living including dishwasher, washing machine and UK satellite TV..

The large 40ft x 20ft pool both fenced and alarmed is shared between the two properties. There is plenty of room for the children to run around in the pretty gardens.
