Description
CASA SISTA is a pretty apartment with sea view, very bright and fresh. The apartment is on the 2nd floor with lift, and consists of a kitchen, bathroom with tub and washing machine, a double bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed. It is also available the cot.
Always breezy balcony you will enjoy the excellent marine climate.
At guests ' disposal there is bed linen to bathroom and bedroom and all necessary kitchenware in the kitchen. There is also air conditioning.
The holiday house "CASA SISTA" is just 100 metres from the beaches and just 2 miles from Lido Centro "metro station" through which you can easily reach Rome (30 minutes), the archaeological excavations of Ostia Antica (two stops) and the Castel Fusano Pinewood.
We are 1 km from the new port of Rome and from the wharf, at 10 km from Fiumicino airport and 15 km from the new fair of Rome within walking distance from us there are all services, supermarkets, bars, ice-cream parlours, chemist, newsagent, banks, etc. .
Indicative rates are for 2 people and vary according to the season.
The prices include water, electricity, gas.
The price for the stay must be added 50 € for final cleaning expenses.
