Comodo e luminoso appartamento di 70mq, ristrutturato quest'anno. Può accogliere fino a quattro persone ed è così composto: un ingresso da cui si accede alla zona notte e alla zona giorno; la prima formata da una grande camera matrimoniale dove è possibile aggiungere un letto singolo, una camera più piccola per una o due persone, un bagno con box doccia; La seconda è composta da un open space con angolo cottura e area pranzo, più zona soggiorno. Sia la camera matrimoniale che l'open space hanno un balcone. L'appartamento è climatizzato.
