Apartment on the second floor of a magnificent and unique Art Nouveau villa ,located in the center of Ostia, 100 mt from the sea,with park view, 5 minutes walk from train station.25 minutes drive/train away from Rome's city center.

Spacious and comfortable apartment on the second floor of a magnificent art nouveau villa , distinctive for its uniqueness and sophistication , situated in the center of Ostia ( seaside neighborhood of Rome) with park view and only 100mt from the public beach and beach facilities . Position simple, even for the short distance to Metro Lido Centre (800 meters ) that easily connects Ostia to the major points of interest in the capital, including the excavations of Ostia Antica and the historic center of Rome, the surrounding area includes a wide variety of dining options including bars, pubs and restaurants within walking distance due to the presence of a pedestrian area clean and tidy, perfect for quiet walks and shopping.

The building is very quiet.

The spacious apartment covers 100 square meters (1100 Sq Ft), it comes fully furnished.

The flat benefits from 3 bedrooms with wardrobes . 2 main rooms are with king-size bed,one has a small terrace, and 1 room is single,this one is accessible passing through one main room.1 bathroom with walk-in shower. 1 large living room with Flat TV with satellite decoder,a table for 8/10 people, 2 sofà ,one of which as a king bed very comfortable for two.

In the fully equipped kitchen (utensils,plates,glasses,pots ,pans are provided for cooking and eating,dishwasher,electric oven,fridge/freezer,coffee maker),with a table for 4 , you will find elementary spices.There is also a washing machine(steam iron , iron board) if you wish to clean sheets, towels or your own clothing during your stay.

We provide you with fresh towels and bed linens needed as well as toilet paper and basic cleaning products.

The apartment gets professionally cleaned every time a guest leaves and before the new arrival.

“Nice and spacious apartment”

When we arrived at the apartment, Francesca’s friend explained us everything. The rooms are very big and there is enough space for everyone. We have stayed in the apartment for 5 days and we were 7 people. We were really surprised and happy that the apartment is just one block away from the sea! When we got there, Francesca even left us some snacks and drinks. We’ve been in contact with her over message and she was very kind and friendly! We felt very welcome and spent a great time in Ostia. The place is a few minutes from the train station and a supermarket. There are lots of restaurants at the seaside. The area is also very calm and not crowded at all. We went to Rome every day and it only took us 30 minutes. We were worried about the longer distance to the city at first but you can get there quickly and the trains are not even crowded. It was definitely a good choice to not go directly into the city center!! The next time I’m in Rome I will absolutely consider booking the apartment again! Thanks for the great time!

“Spacious, well equipped apartment.”

Booked this apartment for 4 nights. It's in a good location overlooking a large park in front of the building which came in handy for my basketball playing sons but would also be good for families with young children as there's also slides and swings etc. It's a short walk into Ostia's town centre and there's a good 24 hour supermarket about 10 mins walk away. The apartment itself is well equipped and very clean, the beds are lovely and comfortable and we were especially happy with our younger child's room which was accessed through ours so very close and practical. The kitchen is a good size and has a handy serving hatch through to the main living room. The owner is very helpful and kindly let us stay beyond the 1pm check out time as we had a late flight.
