Description

Mobil Home avec 3 chambres 6 personnes maxi malgré les 8 couchages, équipé d’un lave linge, TV, barbecue plancha, d'une terrasse couverte, situé dans la partie calme d'un camping 5 étoiles avec parc aquatique dont une piscine couverte chauffée, restaurant, snack, épicerie… Possibilité d’avoir le WIFI, s’achète à l’accueil du camping.

Une équipe d’animation sur place de début avril à fin septembre avec des spectacles le soir et des animations en journée et un club enfants accessible dès 4 ans.

La plage du Cap de l’Homy à moins de 5Km avec possibilité d’y aller en navette (gratuit du camping) ou en louant des vélos (entré du camping) pour se balader par la forêt de pin. Autre plage connue celle de Contis les bains à 12 Km

Le camping est à mi-chemin entre Mimizan (plage, marché, restaurant) et Léon (lacs, élevage canard, chocolaterie).

Chaque année nous améliorons le mobil home:

Travel by car easy to be Good ride bike (rentals at the entrance of the campsite) paths are provided for this purpose -> picnic requires shuttle bus at the entrance of the campsite allows you to go to the store or go to Other possible displacement range canoeing, more for relaxing but interesting

En cas de problème 2 solutions - aller signaler votre soucis à l'accueil ou à une personne de l'entretien - appelez moi Je ne viendrais pas physiquement mais je suis en relation direct avec le service propriétaire et peux vous faire gagner du temps. Je préfère que vous me préveniez sur un défaut plutôt que de le découvrir qui aura pour seule conséquence d'ennuyer les prochains locataires. Je ne fais pas sauter la caution pour un verre cassé, cela peux arrivé. J'attend juste de la franchise part mes locataires.
