Hacienda Nueva Cortijo in a wonderful natural environment. Between the Natural Parks of Matallana and the Northern Highlands of Seville
Spectacular accommodation for 12 persons, large gardens and pool area with barbecue. Great views over the GUadalquivir Valley of Seville.
– Within a plot of 5,000 square meters, the property occupies the first floor of the Hacienda, with dimensions of 267 square meters and 5 bedrooms. Up to 12 persons.
– Spacious accommodation with entrance to the lookout over gardens and pool area.
– Large dining room of 86 square meters with a fireplace and gabled roof wood. TV, air conditioning and wonderful Billiard table.
– Open Kitchen of 12 m., looking at the wide Living room. It has 4 ring hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, coffeemakers … the accommodation also has a washing machine and iron.
– 5 spacious bedrooms. 3 bedrooms with double beds and 2 rooms with twin beds. Possibility of 2 extra beds. Built in wardrobes. Aair conditioning in 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom has a large terrace overlooking gardens.
– 2 bathrooms. One with shower and one with bath.
Exterior
– Courtyard that leads to the entrance of the house. In the large courtyard we find gardens, fountain, porch and a nice pergola which marks the personality of the Hacienda.
– Pool area with barbecue, solarium, lawn, pergola next to barbecue and table. Pool with Roman steps of 12 x 6 meters and 0.60 to 1.75 m. deep.
– Covered parking for + 6 cars.
Excellent views of the Guadalquivir Valley, from the porch you can see Lora del Rio, Carmona and in the distance the night lights of Seville City.

Excellent rural Spanish retreat. Easy drives to city's and national parks in the region . Local shops and food supermarkets only a couple of minutes drive .
