Description
The apartment is 100 sqm large, fully renovated and provided with every comfort: 3 spacious and elegant rooms (one double, one twin and one single), a large lounge with a small library about Lucca, a bathroom with shower, a kitchen equipped with cooktop and oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a living room with access to a lovely terrace where you can have breakfast during the summer.
All rooms have antique floors, made in terracotta or gravel (a typical pavement in Lucca).
The apartamen is conveniently located on the first floor, it has high ceilings, and it's cool even in the summer months.
The house is located only a few steps from via S. Paolino, in the building which was the birthplace of the musician Carlo Angeloni, one of the first teachers of the Master Giacomo Puccini.
Close to the entrance door there's a self-service laundry, at 50 metres you will find restaurants, bars and shops.
Nearby you'll find the church of S. Paolino, Piazza S. Michele, the birthplace of Giacomo Puccini, Piazza Napoleone, all the monuments and museums in general are at just a few minutes walk.
The bus station is 200 mt far, the train station is at a 10 minutes walk, and at 50 mt there is a fee parking (just outside the walls there are free parkings).

“Serena Lucca apartment”
The apartment met all our needs, it was well located close to the centre of Lucca, restaurant and five minute walk to the bus stop. The apartment was clean, spacious and had three bedrooms which is ideal for larger families. The only draw back that there was not a laundry. However there was a laundromat two doors from the apartment. I would stay in this apartment if ever I was in lucca.

“Nice central appartment”
Lovely, well equipped appartment with some fascinating original features. Very handy for the bus station and town centre. Train station not to far either. Our hosts were very welcoming and took the trouble to explain everything. A suburb base for exploring the area.
