Beaucoup de charme pour ce mas provençal, situé à la campagne dans un environnement calme au pied du village médiéval de Lussan

Tout confort, décoration soignée. Entrée privative. Terrasse donnant sur un parc arboré.

Au rez de chaussée, salle de séjour de 30 m2 avec poêle à bois.Cuisine séparée,équipée (lave vaisselle, lave linge, micro-ondes..)

A l'étage, 2 chambres (1 lit en 140x190 et 2 lits en 90x190 ) et salle de bain+ WC.

A proximité: sites culturels ( Uzès, Nîmes, Avignon, Pont du Gard, la Camargue, les gorges de l'Ardèche... )

Activités sportives: escalade, randonnées, parapente, VTT/ vélo, baignade en rivière, canoë kayak, balnéo, sauna, spa

“Lovely view at the back for meals/breakfast outside, outstanding area”

Quiet, spacious gite in an outstanding area between Languedoc and Cevennes, plenty to see around like the medieval city of Uzes and the new complex of the Grotte Chauvet (prehistoric paintings).
