Villasoccitanes offers you: this modern house (2012), has a surface of 110m² (131.6 sq yd) at street-level and can accommodate 6 persons. You will be thoroughly won over by all its modern comfort and its WIFI access : 3 bedrooms (11m² or 13.2 sq yd each) with double beds, a bathroom with a bathtub and two bowls, a freezer and a washing-machine on the store-room, a separated W.C. , a big kitchen fully equipped, with a bar-table and 6 high-chairs opening to the sitting room. Once in the sitting room, by opening the plate glass window, you will reach the large covered terrace (35m² or 41.9 sq yd) which overlooks to the salt-water heated swimming pool (7m x 4m or 23 ft x 13 ft), secured by a rigid-slatted shutter. Surrounding the house, there is a large garden (1800m² or 2152.8 sq yd), . There are numerous possible activities nearby : paragliding, golf, fishing, bathing, kayaking, horse-riding, scow-riding over the Lot river, Caix's outdoor recreational center. Located in the middle of great tourist places : Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq Lapopie, Padirac's abyss, Bonaguil's castle, Pech-Merle's cave, Puy-l'évêque and its medieval citadel. You will be only 2,5km away from Luzech, 5km from Prayssac (where you will find all conveniences), and 15 km away from Cahors and its gorgeous historical heritage, like the famous « Pont-valentré » bridge and its AOC vineyards.
