Description

The large wooded and secluded location of this beautiful home in the resort community of Macatawa makes it easy to relax and enjoy your vacation. The Sanctuary Woods Estate vacation rental is set on a spacious 5 acre wooded lot, adjacent to the Laketown Township Sanctuary Woods' Park and Trails. A creek runs the length of the property and runs alongside the outdoor deck providing a wonderful location for outdoor dining.

The Sanctuary Woods Estate is a 3800 sq. ft. private residence set on nearly 5 acres. It is located across the street from Eldean Shipyard and borders the beautiful Sanctuary Woods Park and Trails. It has all the comforts of home. The living room features a 20-foot ceiling and windows and deck overlooking the the creek. The 5 bedrooms, 2 with a king beds, one with a full bed, and one bedroom with bunk beds and crib/toddler bed is also located in the master bedroom, provide sleeping up to 10 plus baby/toddler. Other features include 3 full baths and 2 half baths, 5 Internet TV's, a washer and dryer, central air conditioning, a gas grill on the large screened in porch, large grass yard, and a 3 stall garage. All linens and bath towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit and pets are not allowed. Internet Access is Provided.

For the Boater, slips are available to rent next door at the Eldean Shipyard marina.

Access is provided to the nearby Macatawa Beach and a parking spot is provided just outside the private entrance. In addition, the Secluded Laketown Township Beach is 4 miles South off 66th st.

Response from the owner Wow, tough crowd staying this week... I'm not sure why we got a 3 star review as it appears by the comments that they expected things that weren't advertised, like being on the waterfront... We also just finished installing a lovely fire pit area and horse shoe pit that were not in the rental description, but a bonus for any of renters this summer! To be clear, this home is on a creek and is a block away from the Lake. It has bunk beds and a toddler bed as explained in the listing descriptions. We actually added more bunk beds so we now can sleep up to 12 plus the toddler bed. Previous renters have found the bunk beds suitable for adults. And there is a working freezer. The 2nd freezer is only available for long term renters. If anyone considering renting our property would first like to stop by to see the home, please let us know. Thank you!
