Description
The condo is suitable for families, couples and groups of friends. From the private balcony there is a wonderful, wide view of the coast, from Treasure Island up to the end of Sand Key. Dolphins are often spotted in the sea in front. It receives direct sunshine from about 2pm.The sunsets are often spectacular.
The condo is on the third floor, is air conditioned and there are ceiling fans in most rooms, and on the balcony - it has an exceptionally light and airy feel. All rooms are large and well furnished. There are ceramic tiled floors throughout, with rugs in the bedrooms and living room.
The master bedroom and living room have sliding glass doors which span the width of the rooms and which open out onto a large balcony. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en suite bathroom with bath and shower and a dressing room closet. The second bedroom next to the general bathroom (with a walk-in shower) contains 2 double beds and a small sleep sofa suitable for a child (replaced the cot in the photo&video). Cots and high chairs may be hired locally.
There is an 'eat in' kitchen which is well equipped and has a view overlooking a marina on Boca Ciega bay and the intercoastal waterway and there is a separate laundry closet. There is a large closet for coats (and toys) in the hallway and abundant storage space throughout the condo. There are pictures and paintings on the walls in most rooms. Two full height beach chairs and 2 lower ones are available.
There are TVs in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The living room is a 65inch 'smart' TV and receives an extended range of channels. The dining end of the living room comfortably seats 6 -8 people. There is a CD player in the living room and a small supply of CDs and in addition the condo has a small library - all books and CDs available for guest use.
There are telephones in both bedrooms and the kitchen, all with voicemail, Calls are free within USA and Canada. There is free WiFi throughout the unit.

“Fabulous!!”
We spent 4 wonderful weeks at Erica’s condo. Everything we needed to enjoy our holiday was provided, including lots of beach items. The condo was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and we spent many hours on the lovely large balcony just chilling. We would highly recommend this condo, and Erica was great to deal with all the way through. Hopefully we will return one day.

“Great stay”
We have stayed in this area many times and the beach location is wonderful. Erica was great to deal with always coming straight back to me. She was so helpful offer early check in and late check out without us even asking which was super helpful with a late flight home and meant the kids had the morning in the pool before the dreaded journey back to the OK! The apartment was much bigger than we expected and was really well kitted out, large TV with a good choice of channels . The nightly price was a lot cheaper than many we looked at in this area and was therefore excellent value for money. Will come again Thanks
