Description

The house is located at the suburbs of Malia town, in a complex of 2 apartments. Just upon the beach, the house is 5 minutes away from the closest supermarket, in a walking distance and 10 minutes walk from the main beach road, where you can find the local bars, pubs, tavernas and shops! Finally, the summer house is located just 15 minutes away from the Archeological place “Malia Palace” and the famous beach “potamos”.

The House upon the beach is a must for everyone, such as couples or a 4 person family, or even for friends!

The unique location of the house, just up on the beach, is a privilege! The beach is almost private, as you cannot see it from the road and only some local people know about it!

The bay is naturally protected from the wind and that makes it a place where all the months you can swim without waves.

The apartment is a 45 m2 summer house that can accommodate 4 persons and 1 baby. There is a kitchen where you can prepare normal meals, a dining area and a sitting area, one double bed, 2 bed sofa (baby cot can be provided) and a bathroom with shower.

Outdoor. The big yard is about 200 m2 where you can relax day and night, sitting on the swing chairs or down at the beach, on the beach chairs. The barbeque area with the dining table is the perfect location for your dinner, watching the sunset.

For your convinience,we provide a wash house (laundry and iron) and also a luggage storage and a shower room for the day of your check out.

The property also provides a private parking area and free WiFi Connection.

All the outdoor places (except the private yard which is located in front of the house), such as the beach, the yard, the barbeque area, the wash house-luggage storage and the parking area are shared with the second apartment of the complex.

The house is cleaned once in a week and towels and linens are also changed once in a week. Maid services can be arranged for additional charge if you wish more than the times that are included in the price.

We can offer shuttle services upon request. Please note that this service is extra charged. (45 euros /way/vehicle)
