“Um alojamento agradável para umas férias descansadas”

O meu comentário vai ser em português, língua oficial do país onde se localiza o apartamento. Use um tradutor se não entender a língua. Foi um aluguer de última hora e o apartamento tinha alguns comentários acerca do barulho no exterior, má insonorização, falta de água quente e um local para realizar grelhados partilhado com o apartamento ao lado. Na nossa estadia não sentimos qualquer ruído exagerado do exterior, a água quente nunca faltou (possivelmente porque não estivemos largos minutos a gastar água em tempo de seca) e de facto partilhamos o barbecue com uma simpática família do apartamento ao lado, sem qualquer problema. O apartamento tem um terraço muito agradável para quem tem crianças pequenas, a cozinha está muito bem equipada com loiças, máquinas de lavar roupa/loiça, torradeira, micro-ondas e frigorifico. O apartamento tem WiFi e televisão por cabo e está em muito bom estado de conservação, bem como todos os equipamentos. A localização é fantástica a poucos minutos da praia a caminhar, com um supermercado do outro lado da rua aberto das 8:00 às 21:00. O proprietário não o conheci pessoalmente pois estava fora, mas foi uma simpatia, contactamos por telefone e WhatsApp. Resolvi realizar este comentário detalhado porque o que li anteriormente não correspondia à qualidade da minha estadia. Vou voltar se o conseguir alugar no período pretendido.

Response from the owner Realmente esqueci de avisar que o terraço era partilhado. A roupa da cama, era da responsabilidade do cliente e não nossa, eu perguntei se queria que eu providencia-se e disseram que não. Pelo preço que pagou, creio que não teria encontrado mais nada, com estas condições. A temperatura da água do mar irei ter em atenção na próxima vez , e pedir ao São Pedro para a aquecer. O apartamento tem uma boa construção, o problema mesmo é que está numa zona de passagem de muitas pessoas que estão de férias e próximo dos bares.

“Perfect location near the beach.”

Perfect location for this small ground floor studio flat near all amenities, car park, restaurants, chemist and most enjoyable of all it's located 8 minutes walk to the beach. It was a bit pricey though for the size of the accommodation. Perfect for a couple. Access to outside/ external shower and barbecue.
