Licence no. 11362/AL Stunning 6 bedrooms fully air conditioned villa with outdoor heated pool, situated within the village of Manta Rota, 12km from Tavira and 12km form Vila Real de Santo Antonio. Close to all amenities and only five minutes walk from the superb sandy beach. The villa is within a few minutes drive of five superb golf courses, including the new Jack Nicklaus,Monte Rei course. The villa has a unique Spanish style 'hacienda' courtyard at the front of the house, a lovely terraced garden of vines and fruit trees, and a beautiful 8 by 4 metres outdoor pool. The house has additional terrace areas with views over the village and towards the sea, and is luxuriously furnished throughout its six bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large living room , together with a large kitchen/dining room. There is also a covered games area with pool table and darts and a table tennis table. The owners live nearby and are on hand to assist in anything that you may require, from general information to recommendations of restaurants, and places to see and visit.

“Lovely villa for a large family”

“Perfect location and relaxing holiday”
We were 2 families and stayed in the villa in August and had a lovely time. The villa is very well equipped, spacious and is in a great location with bars, supermarkets and the beach nearby. Given the location it was perfect enabled our group to come and go as we please when different people wanted to do different things. This lead to a very relaxing holiday. The hosts live locally and were very responsive to any needs and questions we had. We'd certainly stay again and recommend the Old Times bar to anyone holidaying in the area! Hopefully, we'll stay again sometime soon!
