L'appartamento, di nuovissima costruzione (giugno 2013) e dagli interni moderni e ben curati, è situato in una zona residenziale di Marina di Ragusa, a circa 300 metri dalla spiaggia e dal centro.
L'appartamento di circa 60 mq è ubicato in una moderna palazzina, ha un ampio e luminoso soggiorno-cucina dotato di TV LED 32'' e divano, con grandi vetrate che si affacciano su una veranda arredata, perfetta per godersi i pasti o rilassarsi in tutta tranquillità.
L'angolo cottura è completo di piano cottura a gas, forno elettrico, frigorifero, freezer e lavastoviglie.
La zona notte è costituita da 2 camere da letto: 1 camera matrimoniale e 1 camera doppia, oltre ad un bagno con doccia.
L'appartamento è inoltre dotato di lavatrice, asse e ferro da stiro, aria condizionata caldo/freddo in soggiorno e nelle 2 camere da letto.
Questa sistemazione è consigliata a chi vuole soggiornare in una zona tranquilla e silenziosa, lontano dal caos cittadino, ma vicinissimo al centro e alle spiagge di Marina di Ragusa.
E' ideale per una vacanza al mare in famiglia o tra amici per godersi un soggiorno all'insegna del relax, in una zona residenziale raffinata e con i confort di un appartamento super accessoriato.
Di fronte all'ingresso della palazzina c'è un ampio parcheggio pubblico.
