Casa tipica accogliente con interni freschi e curati in stile marino.
Ingresso esterno indipendente con posto bici, lavanderia e angolo doccia. Ristrutturata finemente nel 2015. WIFI gratuito incluso!
La casa si sviluppa su una superficie complessiva di circa 80 mq, e comprende 50 mq circa di ambiente interno coperto (camere, soggiorno, cucina e bagno) e 35 mq circa di terrazza sviluppata su 2 livelli: allo stesso piano terrazza con balaustra storica (attrezzata con ombrellone, sedie e tavolo) ed un terrazzino sopraelevato (solarium) con 2 letti prendi sole che offre una gradevole vista sul centro storico, sulla chiesetta e sul mare in lontananza.
La casa è ubicata in una zona centrale e silenziosa (il silenzio è interrotto piacevolmente dal solo tocco delle campane della chiesa Madre Maria di Portosalvo). Si trova a pochi passi dalla Piazza Duca degli Abruzzi, nel cuore di Marina di Ragusa, mentre la spiaggia e il mare, segnato BANDIERA BLU dalla FEE, distano soli 150 metri. Il parcheggio si trova di fronte o nei pressi della casa e non è a pagamento.
Nei pressi della casa si trovano vari negozi, una bottega, il panificio e dei ristoranti. La farmacia dista meno di 150 metri.
Marina di Ragusa è ideale per le sue spiagge con fondali bassi e sabbia fine, oltre ad essere la più rinomata location balneare della Provincia ragusana. A pochi minuti di auto:
- Il centro storico di Ragusa Ibla, dove si possono apprezzare i diversi siti UNESCO e fare rilassanti passeggiate tra le gelaterie del corso.
- Modica Bassa dove c'è il duomo di San Giorgio, il Teatro, La casa dello scrittore Salvatore Quasimodo, le Osterie tipiche ed il famoso CIOCCOLATO DI MODICA

“Just great stay”
La casa "La Rosa dei Venti" e' un gioiello, arredata con un certo stile e' molto accogliente e comodissima. Sull'ampia terazza chi vuole trova il sole, chi preferice l'ombra rimane pure sodisfatto. La casa e' ubicata vicinissimo alla spiaggia e alla piazza principale, ma anche vicino a vari posti dove si puo' assaggiare e gustare i piatti locali- l'esperienza da non dimenticare. Il proprietario Vincenzo e i suoi genitori sono delle persone meravigliose, molto cordiali, gentilissimi e disponibili a tutte le esigenze degli ospiti. La casa e' consigliatissima come anche la Marina di Ragusa, il mare stupendo, i posti nelle vicinanze da visitare. Siamo rimasti dispiacuti per una cosa sola - il tempo della nostra permanenza e' volato via troppo velocemente. Stiamo gia' pensando alle nostre vacanze 2016 sempre presso La Rosa dei Venti
