Description
At the entrance of Marina di Ragusa, the villa is on three levels. Three bedrooms, two double and the other with a single bed, a spacious living area with living room and dining kitchen area, very bright, the living area is fully equipped for 6 people (4 gas burners, 1 large electric oven and a microwave oven, refrigerator with large freezer, electric coffee maker and small appliances). Finally, two bathrooms, one on each floor, are both equipped with shower and hairdryer.
Villa Floridia is the perfect destination for a family of up to five people or two couples and a single person. It is embraced by a terraced garden of 200 square meters, characterized by paths that hide secret passages and two terraces and surrounded by greenery. Among these, one is placed near the kitchen, making the space an outdoor restaurant, the other is the playground for children, partly because of the large courtyard, partly because of the stand in the recreation room on the ground floor with a ping-pong and other toys, a bathroom and a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is so much space at the front: it can hold up to two cars, but we never park: kingdom of bikes, skateboards and mini-houses.
We also like to sunbathe on the deck chairs in the large terrace (350 sqm) on the second floor, reachable by an internal staircase. The sea is not far away with a beautiful beach, as well as the beautiful promenade full of clubs that animate the summer nights in the city center. Also connected by suburban buses to Ragusa (stop at 300 m, in front of the Municipality) with the possibility of arriving from Catania airport and leaving for the same, it is very well served by supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, post office and various shops. We invite you to try everything while we are not there to make you feel more like hosts than guests, and discover how many wonderful itineraries for tourism, culture and gastronomy our beautiful area offers! Ragusa Ibla, Modica, Scicli, Noto and many other baroque cities recognized as heritage by UNESCO;

In this regard in the seafront of Marina di Ragusa and the nearby Punta Secca, are organized many Inspector Montalbano-themed tours that are luring a lot of tourists who want to live the same atmosphere they feel when they watch the programme.

But let's get back to the house, has a breathtaking view, is facing the sea and is full of trees, so many trees, you can relax in the silence of the hot summer afternoons sipping a Coke or tasting a Vigata cocktail with a good granita. “Excellent”
Beautiful house. Situated close to sea and beaches and restaurants. Lots of room, well furnished. three terrace areas, where we would sit for breakfast and into the night in privacy. Amalia who manages the property was so helpful and friendly, even welcoming us with some home made fantastic ice cream. We did not meet Enzo, the owner but he was in touch by email and was helpful and considerate, especially when our car broke down. Wonderful place to stay.
