Description
Villa Maria is a luxury villa located just 10 minutes outside of the walled town of Lucca. Very tastefully decorated this villa is one of the most beautiful in the area of Lucca. It is ½ hour from Pisa, 20 minutes close to the coast (Forte dei Marmi and Viareggio) and not more than 60 minutes from Florence - renaissance Capital of Tuscany.
The Villa has 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms for a total of 14 beds and it is spread over three levels.
On the ground floor there is the main living room with fireplace, reading room, library, music room and TV, fully equipped Tuscan style kitchen, an office with telephone, fax, internet and computer facilities, a living room with Satellite television and music system, the bathroom floor, and an elevator that services all four floors of the villa.
On the first floor there are two individually styled suites each with its own en suite bathroom with shower , two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with bathroom with shower. All bedrooms can be configured with either with a queen sized bed or two twin beds and have their own telephones and IPOD docking stations.
On the second floor there are two suites with double bed and bathroom with shower. In the basement there is a service area with a full laundry room, a second fully equipped professional kitchen, a formal dining room for 14 people and the area reserved for the staff, a bathroom.
There is a large swimming pool out of the Villa, which has solar heating, it is equipped with chaises lounges and umbrellas. Just up from the pool is the fully equipped gym and sauna, as well as pool showers, a small kitchen serving the pool and a bathroom.
There is a private lake, a tennis court and a pergola with a tables and chairs for dining and spend wonderful evenings.
