This 2be-2ba condo is in a GATED, VERY QUIET and WELL RUN community - voted #1 in Mesa. The Condominiums manager takes pride in keeping it as clean, quiet and safe as possible.

***** RENT INCLUDES, COX CABLE, Wi-Fi & ALL UTILITIES

***** ADDITIONAL MONEY WE COLLECT UPON ARRIVAL:

1. Cleaning / security fee of $200, which will be refunded within two weeks if you leave the condo as clean as you found it and there are no damages or association fines.

2. $25 CAR REGISTRATION AT THE COMMUNITY

***** NO SMOKING / NO PETS / NO DRUGS

***** This is a GROUND FLOOR condo, but there are 9 STEPS INVOLVED. Please see pictures.

***** April is rented from the beginning of the month.

***** THE HOA REQUIRES BACKGROUND CHECKS FOR EACH ADULT STAYING AT THE CONDO. Once you pay TripAdvisor, we should be able to immediately communicate and let you know how you can easily fulfill the background check requirement online ($19.95/ADULT). CANADIANS and travelers living abroad with a foreign passport are EXEMPT because they are checked out at the border.

We live in the same community and we do our best to keep our tenants happy. FULLY FURNISHED 2 BE/2 BA VACATION GROUND FLOOR condo with full amenities and HEATED POOL & JACUZZI. It has all the conveniences from cooking spices and iron-board to printer and hair dryer. We are located in a GREAT CENTRAL AREA in Mesa, close to I-60, 101, 202, and I-10, making it easier to visit many attractions in the valley of the Sun.

NOTE THESE CHANGES TO THE CONDO: The corner couch has been replaced with a comfortable BRAND NEW SOFA and a LOVE SEAT, and the lamp stand is moved at the corner between the two. We also have now a bigger HDTV at the living room. The king LOG BED, which some people found hard to climb, is replaced with a regular bed.

WE BELIEVE WE HAVE EVERYTHING YOU MAY NEED. JUST BRING YOUR TOOTHBRUSH AND ENJOY ARIZONA!!

GREAT LOCATION: We are 0.1 miles from I-60 (you do not hear any noise); 16.8 miles from Sky Harbor airport; 0.4 miles from GOLF-LAND & SUN-SPLASH Waterpark, and near many of the area's top golf courses; only a couple of miles from the CHICAGO CUBS & ANGELS training camp. 6.58 miles (9 minutes) from ARIZONA STATE UNIVERSITY RESEARCH PARK. ASU - where Sun Devils Stadium is hosting ASU Football - is only 15 minutes away.

PLACES TO VISIT WHILE VISITING: MESA, in general, is the most affordable city in metro Phoenix. Yet, you will not find a better location to access the events and activities of the Valley of the Sun. Visit the Pioneer Living Museum, Old Scottsdale, Desert Botanical Garden, Phoenix Zoo, Goldfield ghost town, Wild Life Park, Rawhide Western Town, Rockin’ R Ranch Western, Tortilla Flat Stage coach, art centers, IMAX, casinos and various museums. Apache Trail, the Superstition Mountains and the Canyon Lake. The California Coast; Las Vegas; Rocky Point, Mexico; the majestic Grand Canyon; beautiful Sedona; and Meteor Crater are only a few hours away. How do damage deposits work?
