1. En Bord de Mer à 1,5 km de la Plage surveillée !
Messanges est un Spot de Surf connu et réputé, et entouré de lacs marins (Hossegor, Soustons, Vieux-Boucau..).
2. La maison reste fraîche malgré les fortes chaleurs, est de Plain-Pied et très bien organisée, donc parfaite pour les Familles avec Enfants et Bébé, et les Personnes Âgées.
3. Grâce au grand jardin arboré, nous accueillons volontiers les Animaux de Compagnie, aussi acceptés à la Plage !

L'ensemble de la maison est meublée en style local "Pins Maritimes des Landes". Sont inclus les services de linge de literie, de toilette et de cuisine, et de ménage complet après votre départ. Magnifique jardin arboré "A l'Anglaise" de plus de 630m2. Plein Sud, profitez d'une Terrasse-Pergola et d’un grand espace pour vos repas extérieurs et vos bains de soleil !
A l'Est, vous disposez d'un espace ombragé et abrité pour le repos, les repas ou placer le Tancarville pour votre lessive, et à l'Ouest, d'un grand espace pour garer plusieurs véhicules, les repas de groupe, ou jouer à la pétanque ! La grande plage sauvage de Messanges est surveillée en été (se renseigner auprès des autorités locales et rester prudent). Une piste cyclable sécurisée mène à la plage, à Messanges et à toutes les autres villes de la côte d'Argent en empruntant la superbe Vélodyssée qui rejoint l'Angleterre au Pays Basque espagnol !
La piscine municipale rénovée en 2016 est surveillée, et les lacs marins proches ( Vieux-Boucau, Soustons, Hossegor...) sont une alternative très intéressante à l'océan. Le village côtier de Messanges est très bien desservi depuis Vieux-Boucau, Soustons et Dax grâce au réseau YEGO. Gares TGV à Dax (30km) et à Bayonne et Biarritz (50km). Aéroport à Biarritz (55km) et à Bordeaux (1h30).

The large and bright kitchen is separated. The bathroom has a shower and a square tub / shower with a removable wall. The entire house is furnished in style "maritime pine". Available Services linens and towels, and cleaning after departure. Large and marvelous “English Yard” of more than 630M2. Plein Sud, enjoy a large covered terrace for outdoor dining and sunbathing!
In the East, you have a shaded area for rest and shelter, meals and laundry, and west, a large space to park 3 cars. Messanges beach is supervised in summer. A bike path separated from the road leading to the beach.
The swimming pool is 500m from the house, and nearby marine lakes (Old Boucau, Soustons, Hossegor ...) are an interesting alternative to the ocean. Messanges is well served: Shuttle bus and Old Boucau and Soustons. Train stations in Dax (30km) and Bayonne (50km). Biarritz Airport (55km).
