The Ocean Walk Condominium is a historic Art Deco Building located right on Ocean Drive in the South of Fifth Neighborhood. This Unit is approximately 250 square feet and the building is located right on the beach just a few streets away from the "action."
The location of this building means that guest have a quiet place to stay and still be just a few minutes walk to all the music, shopping and restaurants that South Beach is known for.

“Excellent location!”
Lee was very responsive and detailed in every communication we had and the location was perfect. It’s a small studio and it served our needs very well. It’s only a block from the most popular part of ocean drive so it was nice to be able to get to everything very easily. We loved that we could step right onto the beach without worrying about crossing traffic. We did a lot of bicycle riding and there are two bike station on either side within a block. We had a couple issues and both were resolved right away. All in all, we will rent from Lee again!

Response from the owner None of this makes any sense. We do not offer parking to guests and at most, we can recommend nearby Parking Lots where guest can park.legally. My Assistant did not tell the guest they can park illegally somewhere; and apparently the guest parked illegally and got towed. We have offered apartments in this building for 8 years and have never had a problem like this. I also cannot say whether this guest stayed in my apartment since the name is not the name of the guet who rented my apartment. There are many Owners who offer apartments in this building and maybe this guest is referring to someone else? I notified Trip Advisor of this issue.

Response from the owner Sorry for the disappointment with the apartment, but I think there was a an expectation for something larger which is not what is advertised. As for the comments about the lamps, TV and Coffee Machine, I don't know what to say? My assistant says he never heard from the guest, but maybe there was a miscommunication. Regardless, everything works normally, so I don't know what the problem was for this guest.. Finally, I suggest reading other review for a more balanced review.
