Description
Ca’ Fontana Vecchia si trova a Venezia-Mira, lungo le rive del fiume Brenta tra il verde di rigogliosi giardini e le architetture di magnifiche Ville Venete del ‘700. A pochissimi chilometri sia da Venezia che da Padova, la nostra sistemazione unisce la comodità della vicinanza a queste due magnifiche città con la tranquillità di una posizione lontana dalla confusione e dal turismo di massa. E’ il punto di partenza ideale per chi vuole conoscere il territorio ricco di arte, storia, natura e cultura gastronomica, che si allunga tra la Serenissima e l’intera provincia di Padova, con un panorama pieno di sorprese che dalle isole lagunari conduce fino ai borghi collinari, seguendo il lento scorrere del fiume Brenta.L’appartamento di 70 mq. è situato al secondo e ultimo piano senza ascensore di uno stabile frutto di un attento recupero industriale, le nostre finestre affacciano direttamente sul fiume e potrete così godere di una magnifica vista. La parte inferiore della casa è composta da un’ampia e luminosa sala con angolo cottura e divano letto matrimoniale, il piano superiore mansardato ospita invece un open space nel quale trova posto il letto matrimoniale (1,60 x 2,00) e un angolo dedicato alla lettura e al relax.
I bagni sono due, quello del piano superiore è dotato di doccia.
La cucina è provvista di tutto ciò che può servire: bollitore per acqua calda, piccolo forno, pentole, posate, piatti, bicchieri e tazze. Nella sala della parte inferiore è situato il televisore, mentre in tutto l’appartamento è attivo il collegamento wi-fi.
I posti letto sono quattro (letto matrimoniale e divano letto matrimoniale) più un futon che si trasforma in letto singolo.
La biancheria per i letti e per il bagno è inclusa nel prezzo ed è assicurato il cambio una volta alla settimana in caso di soggiorni lunghi.
E’ incluso anche l’utilizzo del posto auto coperto nel garage sottostante l’edificio. Se siete cicloturisti abbiamo posti bici coperti nello stesso garage.
Lasciate dunque l’auto da noi, risparmierete così il costo del parcheggio che a Venezia è notoriamente molto elevato!
Potrete raggiungere comodamente e senza stress Venezia o Padova con l’autobus in appena 20 minuti, la fermata della linea 53 è a soli 100 metri da casa.
Il centro di Mira si raggiunge comodamente a piedi in pochi minuti o in autobus sempre con la linea 53, lì potrete trovare anche un centro commerciale per ogni genere di acquisti.
La Riviera del Brenta è un'area metropolitana di Venezia che si estende lungo le rive del Naviglio del Brenta. E' l'antico alveo naturale del fiume Brenta: si dirama da quest'ultimo all'altezza di Strà e scorrendo da ovest a est, sfocia nella laguna di Venezia presso Fusina.
Si tratta di una zona di elevato valore storico-paesaggistico per la presenza di numerose ville Venete. Vi sono compresi i centri abitati di Strà, Fiesso d'Artico, Dolo, Mira, Oriago e Malcontenta.
